Premier Midland Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services in Midland, TX and surrounding areas. Our services include, but are not limited to, spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, wall insulation, air sealing, vapor barrier installation, insulation removal, and related work.

We reserve the right to decline any project request at our discretion. Our ability to perform services at a specific location depends on access, site conditions, scope of work, and scheduling availability.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Premier Midland Insulation are based on information available at the time of assessment. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted. An estimate is not a guaranteed final price if site conditions differ materially from what was observed during the initial assessment - for example, if additional damage, obstacles, or access issues are discovered once work begins.

If a material change in scope is identified during a project, we will notify you before proceeding with additional work. We will not charge for work beyond the agreed scope without your prior authorization.

Prices listed on this website, if any, are for informational purposes only and are not binding quotes. Final pricing is provided only in a written estimate following an on-site assessment.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Service appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. We ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in our declining to reschedule or requiring a deposit before rebooking.

We will make every reasonable effort to arrive at scheduled appointments on time. In rare cases, delays may occur due to weather, prior job complications, or other factors outside our control. We will notify you as early as possible if we need to adjust your appointment time.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon in writing before the project begins. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before scheduling or before materials are ordered - this will be clearly stated in the written estimate.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of your estimate. If payment is not received when due, we reserve the right to charge interest on overdue balances and to pursue collection through available legal means.

Invoices that are disputed must be raised with us in writing within 10 days of receipt. Disputes do not relieve you of the obligation to pay undisputed amounts.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property when requesting a quote or scheduling service. This includes disclosing known issues such as pre-existing moisture damage, pest activity, or structural problems that may affect our work.

You are responsible for ensuring our crew has safe and reasonable access to the work area on the scheduled date. If access is not available when our crew arrives, we may charge for the trip and reschedule at our next available opening.

Warranty Disclaimers

We stand behind our workmanship. If a defect in our installation is identified within a reasonable time after project completion, contact us and we will assess and address the issue. Specific warranty terms, if applicable, will be stated in your written estimate or service agreement.

Manufacturer warranties on materials are provided by the respective manufacturers and are subject to their terms. We do not extend or modify manufacturer warranties.

Our workmanship warranty does not cover damage caused by events outside our control after installation is complete, including flooding, fire, pest infestation, structural movement, or unauthorized modifications to the insulated areas.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Premier Midland Insulation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or from services we provide. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of income, loss of profits, or damage to property not directly caused by our negligence.

Our total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to that claim.
